In the end, buying the condo she basically aims to achieve three objectives:
- She’s giving herself a birthday gift (next Sunday she will turn 25)
- she’s making a very big investment, ‘coz a condo in the Rushmore building, located at Riverside & 64th Street with delightful views over the Hudson River, is one of the best real estate investment opportunities a person could make. It’s not like she is throwing money out of the window. Life at The Rushmore is the pinnacle of urban elegance
- She’s moving closer to her boyfriend, Maxim Afinogenov, a hockey champion who is playing in the NHL for the Buffalo Sabres.
